Program Snapshot

  • Duration: 3 months (Dec, Jan, Feb) — attend any 3 sessions each week for consistent progress.
  • Format: 45–50 minute live classes (warm-up, main set, cool-down + mobility).
  • Approach: scalable workouts for all levels with clear modifications and progressions.
  • Commitment: single full payment secures your spot and keeps you engaged.

Weekly Class Options

  • Calorie Crush Class — Light Strength + Conditioning

    • Equipment: Light dumbbells 3 lb / 5 lb
    • Focus: full-body circuits, muscular endurance, calorie burn.
  • Strength Training Class — Heavy Strength

    • Equipment: Heavy dumbbells 8 lb / 10 lb
    • Focus: compound lifts, progressive overload, safe at-home strength gains.
  • Core Fitness & Dynamic Stretching — Mobility + Stability

    • Equipment: Mat
    • Focus: core strength, posture, injury prevention, dynamic recovery.
  • Cardio Kickboxing — High-energy Cardio (Bodyweight)

    • Equipment: Body weight only
    • Focus: interval cardio, coordination, fat burn, stress relief.

 

What You Need (Simple)

  1. Light dumbbells 3 lb / 5 lb for Calorie Crush Class

  2. Heavy dumbbells 8 lb / 10 lb for Strength Training Class

  3. Mat for Core Fitness & Dynamic Stretching

  4. Open space and body weight for Cardio Kickboxing

Sample Weekly Schedule (choose any three)

  • Monday — Cardio Kickboxing (45 min) 7:30pm

  • Wednesday — Strength Training (45 min) 7:30pm

  • Friday — Core Fitness & Dynamic Stretching (45 min) 10am

  • Saturday — Calorie Crush Class (45 min) 9am
